SOVIET EMBARGO
AGAINST CANADA. (United Press Association- B\ Electro Telegraph.--Copyright t OTTAWA. April 20. An embargo by Russia against Canadian goods was announced at Moscow on Sunday. It was not unexpected here, although the members of the Government arc not willing to comment on the Russian decision. Six weeks ago action was taken by the Canadian Government to ban imports of Russian coal. lumber, timber, wood pull), pulp asbestos, and fur. Retween one and two million dollars’ worth of Canadian trade will be afeeted by the embargo.
