BRITISH TOUR PROFIT. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, April IT, Including £1316 10s 3d clue hv New South Wales, a profit.of £21,578 18s Id was made on the British team’s tour last season. This is revealed, in the annual report of the New Zealand Rugby Union. The result of the past year’s working was, profit £21,192 12s Id, and the Union now has an excess of assets over liabilities of £40,093 18s Id.

New South Wales is asking on behalf of itself. Victoria, and Queensland, Tor a remission of the amounts due, •and the New Zealand Union desires to have the question of varying the. terms discussed at the annual .meeting.
