The Finance Act, having now become law, tin* Employers Federation lias written to the registrar of the Court, of Arbitration asking for the appointment ot a date tor the hearing of the application for the general order of reducing wages under the- powers given by Part 2ot the Act. If is expected the I our!, will give reasonable notice to all interested parties, and that therefore Urn sitting will not be earlier than a fortnight or three weeks
