SUCCESSFUL INNOVATIONS. PROPOSAL FOR NEW ZEALAND. (Australian Vrasx Association.) SYDNEY, April 9. Mr 0. S. Watkins, president of the Racing Conference, is impressed with the Randwick totalisator innovation of straight out and place betting, which was a great success. He indicated that hr* might propose a similar practice on New Zealand courses.
