GOINC TO ENGLAND. (By Telegraph-—Per Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 10. Air C. G. Porter’s plans regarding his trip abroad were, altered after bis arrival at Auckland. It was the ex-All Black captain’s intention to proceed to Canada by the “Aorangi,” but be decided, after making inquiries, that it would he more advantageous to go to England before visiting Canada. He has cancelled his passage from Auckland and has booked by the “Tainui.” He leaves AVelington to-mor-row for England. Mr Porter states that he has no intention of again playfootball, although be will bp, a keen follower of tlie game. He is turning In's attention to business matters, and it is solely on tin's account that be (s making the trip abroad. He proposed to spend some time in England, ami then visit Canada,
