Dealing with an application by the Public Trustee of Xew South Y\ ales for 'dispensation of sureties in connection with the deceased estate administration guaranteed by the consolidated revenue of New South Wales. Justice Maefarlane said such a guarantee might be according to law, hut he had to h e satisfied that there was sufficient surety in the light of recent events.
