V, and Leslie Richmond Henderson, aged 2J>, Imth of Dunedin, appeared on charges of breaking and entering seven business premise's at Teniuka. Accused pleaded guilty and wore committed to the Supreme Court at Dunedin for sentence. They also were remanded to appear at Dunedin vheio they will he- charged with assault with intent to rob a hank and with using ammonia in a water pistol. I hev will also he charged with unlawfully eonverting a car to their own use.
