A ecus, ed had been Inn ore the Court for a breach of his probation and bad been sentenced to fourteen days. lie had been placed on probation at Christchurch and ordered to make restitu tion of C(>6. Later Richardson was transferred to Auckland and had given a lot of trouble. On arrival lie had been warned, hut had failed to report.
The Magistrate: He’s not going to get a short term. Tile .Magistrate in Christchurch very reluctantly gave him a chance before. He will be sent to the Waikeria Borstal Institute for two years.
