KICKED TO DEATH
BY CROWD OF TOUGHS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) BERLIN, March 28. Arthur Head, a ■xixteen-year-lold school teacher, was attacked by a mob of young toughs at Coburg, and was kicked so brutally that he died on Saturday. Four youths were charged with murder. They were remanded. The police made a statement that the accused admitted participating in the assault.
