LIFEBOAT OVERTURNS
A NARROW ESCAPE. (By Telegraph —Per Tress Association) CHRISTCHURCH, March 30. Eight members of the crew of the Sumner lifeboat lmd a narrow escape from drowning when their boat capsized on the liar yesterday and drifted on fo tile rocks, with the exhausted crew clinging to tli e sides, being rescued with difficulty.
