To equal the Oimara, the Rangi must reach Sydney Heads at 12.51 p.m. on Sunday, while the Teddy would require to be there before 10.40 a.m. on Monday to beat the Oimara. REPORTS OF YACHTS. SYDNEY, March 28. There is no sign yet of the Teddy or Rangi, though a rumour is current that the latter may arrive to-day. The “Teddy” was sighted on Wednesday making good progress.
