THE HOUSE. (By Telegraph —Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, .March 26. The motion to report progress had lapsed when the Hofise of Representatives resumed at 9 a.m. this morning. A fresh contingent of Labour speeches resumed the discussion on Air O’Brien’s amendment. Mr Harris (Reform) indicate that while lie 'thought it reasonable that a man on £275 might be made the siidjeet of some cut, however small, he would he voting in support of suhse-que-nts amendments to exclude sums of £250 and under. No further progress was made with the Finance Bill, when the House adjourned at l ji.rn,
