Not man Graham .McKenzie, breaking entering and tliel't, two years probation. Beatrice Annie Berne, theft, twelve months probation. Mervyu Yaldomar Berggeren. breaking, entering and theft, eight charges. twelve months each concurrent. A special plea was made and leniency was extended to Berggeren on account: of his conduct at Napier when the ear;liquake occurred.
