MURDER SENSATION
SERVANT KILLS WEALTHY EMPLOYER. [United Press Association.—By Electric Tele gr aph—Copy r igh t]. NEW YORK, March 20. A group of attorneys and witnesses who were waiting in the hearing room for the appearance of a wealthy estate owner, to begin proceedings involving his property, were startled at the sudden entrance of a man who was trembling with excitement, and who asked. “Who is the Judge? Cornelius Kahlen won’t be down! I just killed him!” The man produced a blood-stained screw-driver. Ivahlen’s wife, who was present, became hysterical, while the amazed lawyers /sent the police' to Ivahlen’s flat, where he was found dead with numerous stab W6utl(l3. He dorter fix'd himself as the sympathetic friend of Mrs Kahlen, and said he had killed his employer because ho believed that Kahlen was attempting to go to Germanv with his money, leaving his wife destitute.
