T HE ARBITRATION BILL. IN LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY. (Australian Press Association) (Received 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 20. The Legislative Council by 33 to 2-1 referred the Arbitration Bill to a Select Committee.
