Before Mr Justice MacGregor in the Supremo Court to-day. an order was made under the Family Protection Act. in the estate of Robert Moore, deceased. of Christchurch, retired carpenter. that the plaintiff. Elizabeth A. Fletcher, he paid the sum of £SOO, inclusive of a legacy of .£‘loo payable to her under the will, the costs of all the parties to be allowed out ol the estate. Mr Meltzer appeared for the plaintiff, Mr Hay for the residuary beneficiaries, and Mr Rose for the Public Trustee.
