LONDON. March 10. The Empire Marketing Board reports prior to a canvass ol \\ igan, out oi 272 grocers, only seventy-live stocked Empire butter. Now 140 more have promised to keep it. The proportion of grocers in Manchester selling it is now eighty per cent.
