CYCLING.

Mr J. J. Williams presided over a fair attendance. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed, Tlie 3rd. Gillman Cup race to Kokatahi and hack was fixed for Saturday 21st. inst. The actions of a competitor nob completing the course and pacing two riders part of the way home, was brought before the meeting. It weS decided to disqualify and penalise for any such breach again, it being pointed out that riders taking pace were equally offending. The arrangements for the Easter meeting were almost finalised, the date fixed being Easter Tuesday. The Secretary was authorised to make application for suitable train arrangements.
