Yesterday’s fixture at these yards brought an entry of 50 fat lambs ana 30 fat cattle for which there was restricted competition, butchers apparently filling their requirements from farmers offerings. Few cattle were sold under the hammer and me dealings were privately done, W. Jeffries and Co. sold for T, Butler:—3 lambs at Us Bd, 11 at 11s, For C. M. Harris 40 lambs at 14s, For W. Olderog 3 heifers at £5, 2 cows at £4 17s Gd. For Perry and Co, 4 steers at £B, 4 at £lO, 4 at £9 lOfli
