DROP IN BRITAIN. United Press Association— By FJeetru Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, March 3. A reduction in the petrol price of two pence, making it now first grade 1/21 per gallon, inclusive of 4d taxation. This is the cheapest rate since 1896.
