ARMY DECISIONS. United Press Association—By Electro Telegraph—Copyright) CALCUTTA, February 26. Sir Phil Chetwoode, Commander-in. Chief of the Indian Army, speaking at the Council of State, announced that the Indian Government had accepted the principle of a more rapid Indianisation of the Army in India, and also that of the creation of an Indian Sandhurst. He also announced that, as recommended by the Indian Round Table Conference, an expert committee including a representative of the Indian States, would meet at Simla shortly to implement the new policy announced by Mr MacDonald at the Conference.
