GISBORNE', February -26. WTicu called for sentence in the Supreme Court this morning, it was found that John .Joseph Plasto. who had pleaded' guilty to a false declaration of marriage was absent. The Crown Prosecutor explained that .ircused had gone to Invercargill and could not got back. The Judge ordered that accused be arrested and sent to Dunedin for sentence. Reggie Beach pleaded guilty to forgery. and was ordered to make restitution and to come up for sentence when called upon. PERJURY CHARGE. GISBORNE. Eebrunr,v 26.
