Best, heavy heifers sold to £l4 2s fid, prime £7 +o £9 ]os, medium C 4 15s to £fi, inferior from £4. There was a medium yarding of fat lambs. The market opened firm and late rates were maintained. The finality was not up to the repent standard. Medium and inferior vorts were selling at late rates. The market was dragging for medium and inferior lots. For adult sheep the best two tooth ewes met a fair demand. There wore smaller entries of fat pigs, but sufficient for requirements. Pork was slightly firmer bv 2s fid per head. Baeoners were easier.
