FURTHER EVIDENCE. (By Telegraph—Per Brest Association) HAMILTON. February 25. Gordon Fisher, a lour year old sou of Mrs Anderson said lie knew what had happened to his mother. She hau been shot. The evidence of gun experts occupied some time. .Joseph Russell Allen, a warder at Waikune, corroborated the evidence of warder Glynn, of meeting with Colston on National Park station. Arthur Douglas Merson, electrician, said he accompanied several others to the scene of the tragedy. He described the finding of the body, its,- position in the room, and the condition of the room. William George, a station clerk, at National Park, said when the party drove up Mrs Tolley called out—“ There has been an accident- .For ..God’s sake get a doctor.” He accompanied the orevious witness to McFarlane’s farm. The face of deceased seemed to have been wiped of blood previously. Montagu H. Tisdall, pi_ gnu export, wild visited the scene, said the damage done to the window was caused by t shot from a gun discharged-from a few l feet. The shot had been. fired irom outside. There was no doubt in 'ds mind that tile wound in the woman’s face could not have been done bad the gmi been fired within the room.
