While hundreds were admiring her pictures at present exhibiting at Cairo, the New Zealand artist, .Mrs Leslie Greener, nee. Hazard, whose picture “isle Brechou” was recently purchased for the Dunedin Gallery, accidentally fell from a third floor window at Victoria College, where her husband, also an artist is a master. She was buried at sea in accordance with her own wishes.
