AT DEGRADATION OF MARRIAGE (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyri gh t.) LONDON, February 23. The Bishop of London, Rt. Rev. Dr. "Wilmington Ingram has delivered an outspoken condemnation of companionate marriages and ‘‘.week-ending” by young un-married couples. Preaching at the Chapel Royal..
