Thwaites wrote securing the Hall for dancing classes on Saturday afternoon.—Agreed to. Auckland B.S.A. wrote offering copies of Anzac Anthem.—Received.

I leadquarters, Wellington, forwarded! particulars of membership and notified' i 1 1 e appointment of assistant secretary. —Received. It was resolved to vote two guineas to the Mayor’s Earthquake Fund. It was decided to apply for a grant from the Canteen Funds to assist with unemployment. Messrs Menzies, Armstrong, Paterson and tin' Chairman were appointed a committee to arrange for the sale' of poppies at Anzae Day in aid of the Association’s unemployment fund. A vote of thanks was passed to the Black Hand Orchestra for special donation from New Year’s dance. Tile secretary showed a surplus of £B9 from tlie art union held at Christmas. The debt on the ball had been reduced by £SO, mid now stood at£2oo, Interest and debentures current had been paid to date. There was » credit balance at date of about £20,. with liabilities current of about ani eual amount.

The matter of holding a members social about Easter time will be considered at next month’s meeting. The meeting concluded at 8 p.m.
