WHAT THE EARTHQUAKE KEYEA LED. Every day we see evidence that we are remembered, and that people are ready to deny themselves to help us. Though many have had necessarily to go hack to their ordinary work, hundreds are still carrying on—men from other districts—helping to put things in order. V e have realised that there are plenty of jolly fine fellows in the world, and more iolly fine women; and that altogether we are a pretty fine race. A Hastings Resident.
