(Received 10.5 a.m.) February 18. A Magistrate"#™] a Priest in the village of Paramurai driving a sled when a pack of wolves were driven from the mountains by severe weather iollowed the trail. These men drove off the first attack shooting two wolves. 'l'he pack then fled, but the Magistrate and the Priest left the sled to securethe wolves’ carcases leaving their rifles behind. The frightened horses bolted when the wolves returned and the rescue party found the men's skeletons.
