COURT SENTENCES. (By Telegraph,—Per Press Association) I NEW PLYMOUTH. February n. I Sentences to-day in the Supreme I Court were Clarence Growcott and Thomas Henry Withers, who pleaded guilty of two charges of sheep stealing wort 1 admitted to probation for 2 years and its ;t special condition ordered t<> pay £5 the costs of the prosecution and CHI on the account of the value oi 3 stolen lambs. ‘Robert Thomas McCollum pleaded giulty to attempt an act of bestiality and received 2 years imprisonment. SEXUAL CHARGE. NEW PLYMOUTH, February 17 Retried in the Supreme Court today, after the jury disagreed yesterday. David Morrow Crozier. was found not guilty on six counts of indecent assault and carnal knowledge of two girls ;tt Inglewood.
