A Royal Commissioner lias commenced an enquiry into the disabilities of British settlers in Victoria. Complaints by three hundred and eleven British sett Hers will -.be investigated
individually. The advocate for the settlers said the promises made to the settlers before they left Britain had not been fulfilled.
