A-\ EA RLY SESSION, It lias been now decided by the Government that Parliament, shall be summoned to meet at an earlier date than usual, The decision is one that niil be fairly generally applauded. Important sections of the public have, lor tin ions reasons, been urging upon the Government the desirability of an early sesion in view of the economic conditions within the country, and it will be widely agreed that these are sufficiently grave to call for the consideration ol the Legislature without any unnecessary delav.
