RURAL EMERGENCY LOAN, • (Australian Press Association.) (Received 10.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, February 4Producers'Advisory Council issued a statement advocating a rural emergency loan to assist Australian farmers. The council suggests a loan of three or four millions sterling to be raised in instalments to allow urgent cases to be dealt with immediately, with a sales tax on flour.
