JUDICIAL ERROR
WRONGFUL SENTENCE FOR LIFE. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received this day at 9 a.m.) BERLIN, February 2. A terrible judicial error luis been revealed in Saxony. A youth named Thurmatiu was convicted on circumstantial evidence on a charge of murdering a woman in the village ot Prnsa in 1891 and was sentenced to hard labour for life.
The real murderer has now confessed and Thurmann lias been released, grey haired and prematurely aged by his terri b 1 e experi enee.
