FRESH REGULATIONS. ( H>J Telegraph.—Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, February 2. The Minister of Internal Affairs, Hon. P. A. de la Porrclle, stated that with the view of remedying any possible flaw in the Trading Stamps Prohibition and Discount Stamps Issue Act, 1908, and the prohibition of all forms of coupon-trading other than discounts, regulations have been prepared, and will lie gazetted shortly. B.v virtue of the Supreme Court deci sion recently, he said, it was possible that stamps companies, observing certain precautions, might he able to circumvent the provisions of the Act.
