Woodward, S.AL. in the Police Court to-day. in a prosecution by th f New Zealand Muster Grocers’ Federation against Universal Distiibutois. Ltd. Defendants were charged on ten informations with using trading stamps known as “Universal Certificates, and one charge of redeeming trading stamps. On one of the informations of issuing, defendants were convicted and fined £6. and on the remaining informations they were convicted and ordered to pay costs. A fine of £‘b was imposed also on a ehaige of redeeming. Security for appeal was fixed.
