Obituary William Phillip Webb, aetat 7-1. He was a prominent official of the Scout movement and a rugby footballer of renown. He was horn in New Zealand and educated at Otago Buys High .School, Dunedin. He represented New Zealand in 1888 agmnsc England. Later he came to Australia and played for New South Wales and Australia against New Zealand and England.
