BRITAIN LIKELY TO DEFEND IT. LONDON. Jan. 27Replying to a deputation of members of the House of Commons, including Commander 0. Locker Lampson and Sir Philip Sasson. the Prime Minister, Mr R. MacDonald, promised to .reconsider the Government’s Schneider Cup decision, and to announce the final decision in the House of Commons on Thursday, Lady Houston's offer of assistance was mentioned in I.lie course ol disciission.
