'ThwvnvAd this dav at || a . rn ., JI(JENAY EN'l URA (Colombia) Jan. 26. A fire, believed to be an incendiary, destroyed the business district or Buenaventura to-day. The loss is estimated at five million dollars. The buildings were occupied by the Royal Rank o| Canada, customs, Government telegraph and postal offices, and three hotels. \ irtually every store in the city was burned.
