The Saskatchewan Government has a compulsory pool system, following pu promised legislation on the so-called approval by the pool members of the plan. In Manitoba, the Pool delegates and the members of the United Fnimeis asked for a ballot hut the Premier, Mr Bracken, has stated that the Government has no intention of paving the way for a ballot at the present j session,
