A meeting of members of the Westland Trotting Club will be held at Mclntosh’s Club Rooms on Wednesday next at 8 p.m.

The tennis match between the Canterbury Suburban Association and the Combined Greymouth Clubs was placed at Greymouth on Saturday. After some excellent matches in which the local players acquitted themselves very creditably, the Canterbury team were victorious by Iff matches to 8. The match was very enjoyable and the bright sunshine added to the pleasure of players and spectators.
