A conference of New South Wales country branches of the Australian Labour Party, is lining held at Parkes. The N.S.W. Premier, Mr Lang, in the course oi an address to the confeiencc repeated his prelection pronouncement. He remarked :‘d said then that unless the people bVoke the power of the financial interests, those interests would break the people! That position now. three months later, faces us more sternly, and, unless within the next few months, the Australian Government find the means of piercing the financial not which has enmeshed them, every Government will be broken.”
