MOOTED IN BRITAIN.

LONDON, January 24

Mr Lloyd George, (Leader of the Liberal. Party), had a lengthy interview with Mr Ramsay MacDonald at Downing Street in reference to tne political situation. A crisis threatens to occur during the coming week, with the climax on Wednesday, on the Trades’s Dispute Bill.

Sir Oswald Mosley is urging the Government to recognise the futility of its continuing office under the present conditions, and is asking Mr -MacDonald to submit to the House ot Commons and to the National Laboui Conference a programme on Socialist lines with a view to an early general election.
