HOUSE OF COMMONS DECISION, LONDON, January 25. Captain Harold Balfour (Conservative) has tabled a motion in the House of Commons, which is supported by forty members, mostly Conservatives, to the effect that the House regrets that the Government lias expressed its inability to help in defending the Schneider Cup, and expresses the opinion that this decision should be re-examined.
