A meeting was held on Monday evening in Keller’s .Rooms. -Present —Messrs ‘J. J, Williams (chair), J.'!Pavern, R. faoilettjd Havill, E. (risen, R. Little, 0. Halm," -IT. Russell, :T.: Ricluirds,;;R, iLymi: \[ The minutes were read and confirmed. A letter was received from Mr W. Stickles,' tendering his resignation as secretary.—Received with Vegret. An .offer from Mr Jack Breeze oi a medal for a- hoys’ race was accepted with' thanks. It was decided to combine with the Boy Scouts and have the race in Cass Square for Air Sutherland’s medal in conjunction with a Scout display, sharing the collection 50-50. The date was fixed for Wednesday 28th with the following events: —u mile Senior Race:—Mr Sutherland’s medal and 30s first; 20s second; 10s third. Entry 2s 6d. Boys’ Race, one mile. Entry free. First prize, Air Breeze’s medal and 5s second. Age limit 16 years.
