Weston, held by Coroner Barton, evi-> e denee was given bv Stevenson and! Castle members of the legal firm wltli which Weston was associated thafi failing to get in touch with "Weston 1 yesterday afternoon they went to hi* house about five o’clock and'found him lying on the ground in the garden with a deer stalking rifle beside him and a wound in the chest. Doctors who were called to the scene, were of the opinion lie had been dead for twa hours. Deceased returned recently from a tour abroad, from which lie did' not seem to have benefited in health! as much as was expected. Deceased was a wealthy man without need toi worry over financial or private affairs, but he had always done a lot of publics vork and took the affairs of the corn*rv too much to heart.
