A wireless message rroin a CJiinese gunboat patrolling Bias Bay reports the capture of three pirate junks, containing twenty pirates, with whom there were four passengers recently kidnapped from the steamer “Hsmmiug.”

PRINCE OK WALES. LONDON, January i". .lie Prince of Wales, who embark ; for his South American lour at Santander on Sunday, will travel to Pans from London to-day, accompanied by Prince George. The Princes wiil fly to France on Friday morning if the weather is fine, but otherwise they will leave hy train in the afternoon.
