The bride. •Vhn was given away bv her father, won* a gown, of ivory satin cut on long princess lines,, (he Hared skirt forming ■it the back- a long, graceful train. Tim bodice was niadd with a deep V. and her sleeves were wrist length. A veil • f Briuis'ds lace (sent bv a friend From Mngland) was arranged with a circlet of orange blossom, and she carried a bouquet of steplianotis, orchids, and white rosebuds set in silver. AT ms Vera Fggleton, (cousin of the bride) was the only bridesmaid. She wore powder blue mariette over satin, with the flared skirt embroidered in a flower design in silver, and the bodice finished with a V at the hack, from which fell strands of silver riblmn. Her powder blue tulle hat was caught under the brim with a silver rose, and her bouquet was. of blue agapantlnis and pink rosebuds. Mr dames Dennehy attended his brother as bryq man. After the ceremony a reception was held at. the Cafe Alexandra, where more than 100 guests were entertain, ed. The Bishop. (Dr Byrne) presided, and the tables were beautiful with crystal vases of pink gladioli and whi e shasta daisies set in puffings of tulle. The three-tier wedding cake was mounted on blue and white (the bri ,, “- greom’s racing colours). Airs Denn“bv (mother of the bride) wore black chiffon velvet touched with old gold, and her black sisal hat was finished with the same colour. Sim carried a bouquet of old gold shaded roses. On leaving for the honcvmoon. Afi's Donne Uv wore a smart frock of snxe blue silk’ moi’ocain made on long. Vt'andd lines, and touched with pale pink end j her blue Bangkok - hal was banded with j bine and pink. .
