Negotiations for a settlement ol the coal mining dispute in Smith Males were continued at the Board ol trade yesterday, and the issues were so narrowed down that a settlement was contidntly anticipated. This morning, when miners and owners’ representatives again attended at the Board of Trade it was announced (he dispute had lie ell settled.
