9* MILLIONS TO THE BAD. (Australian Press Association.) (Received 10.20 a.m.) CANBERRA, January 12. The total revenue for the Commonwealth for the first half of the financial year amounted to £29,127,000 and the expenidture to £88,630,000. The expenditure thus exceeded the revenue by £9,503,000.
